Roslagstaxi is growing, and we need to strengthen our switchboard with new traffic managers, both immediately and for future needs. We are looking for someone who wants to work at the heart of our operations and who thrives in a role where pace, structure, and service go hand in hand.

About the position

As a traffic manager with us, you will be responsible for leading and distributing our transports in an efficient and professional manner. You are the hub between the customer and the driver, ensuring that each assignment is planned and executed with high quality.

The position is located in Norrtälje, is 70 percent, and involves shift work.

The job requires you to handle many tasks simultaneously, especially during periods of high demand. Good multitasking ability is therefore a prerequisite.

We are looking for someone who

• Lives in Roslagen
• Has very good local knowledge of Roslagen in general and Norrtälje in particular
• Is technically inclined and has an easy time understanding new systems
• Has the ability to work structured even when the pace is high
• Is service-oriented, solution-focused, and communicative
• Has a B driver's license
• It is an advantage if you have a taxi license and previous experience driving a taxi.
